■Salary
① Monthly salary: 250,000 yen and up
*Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and other factors.
*The above amount includes a fixed overtime allowance (45 hours). Any overtime exceeding this will be paid separately.
② Hourly wage: 1,400 yen and up
■Job Description
○ Entrance
As the face of the store, you’ll welcome and see off guests at both the VIP and general reception entrances.
Let’s greet guests with bright smiles and provide wonderful hospitality together!!
○ Floor
This job involves guiding customers, taking orders, and cleaning the dining area and restrooms. Your role is to create a comfortable environment where customers can enjoy their time.
You’ll also have the opportunity to experience the joy of doing work that brings delight to our customers by working together with them to create a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
○ Bartender
You will be responsible for bartending duties at the bar counter.
Even if you have no prior experience, please rest assured that we’ll teach you everything from the basics step by step.

■Working Hours

○Wed–Sun
┗8:00 PM–6:00 AM the following day
○Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun (Club hours)
┗8:00 PM–6:00 AM the following day
*As a general rule, the standard working hours are 40 hours per week and 173 hours per month.

After that, you’ll be assigned to a position—such as reception, bartending, or floor service—that best suits your aptitudes, and you’ll learn the workflow through on-the-job training (OJT) from senior staff. We’ll support your career advancement by entrusting you with more responsibilities as you’re ready.For example, a colleague who joined as an opening staff member is now thriving as a manager who handles both bartending and floor service. We offer employee benefits designed to help you learn English, allowing you to acquire the etiquette and customer service skills needed to serve international guests. With many international staff members on the team, you’ll be exposed to English on a daily basis, enabling you to grow rapidly.
