＜REGULATION＞

If it is discovered that you are a member of an organized crime group, an organized crime group member, a person affiliated with a company or organization associated with an organized crime group, or someone with close ties to such groups, or if you have a history of illegal acts or unreasonable demands related to civil or administrative matters, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

Admission to SEL OCTAGON TOKYO is restricted to guests aged 20 and older. As we are a licensed entertainment establishment, we conduct ID checks on all guests upon entry.Please bring a photo ID such as a passport, driver’s license, Basic Resident Registration Card with photo, My Number Card with photo, Certificate of Alien Registration, Special Permanent Resident Certificate, or Residence Card.
Please note that “digital images,” “copies,” and “expired” documents will not be accepted.

Please be aware that if we observe any behavior that disturbs other customers—such as harassing or hitting on other guests, being heavily intoxicated, sitting on the floor, falling asleep, sexual harassment, vandalism, or littering—you will be asked to leave the premises immediately upon discovery. If we discover that you are in possession of or using illegal drugs, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately, and we will notify the police.

Bringing food, beverages, alcohol, hazardous materials, animals (including pets), fireworks or other explosive materials, or any items prohibited by law into the store is strictly prohibited.

Cigarettes and cigars are prohibited. Only heat-not-burn products are permitted.

The management company, the operating contractor, the organizer, the venue, the performers, and other parties involved assume no responsibility whatsoever for any accidents, theft, illness, or other incidents that occur inside or outside the venue.

We will provide first aid for any injuries resulting from prohibited activities inside or outside the venue, or from your own negligence; however, the management company, the operating contractor, the organizer, the venue, the performers, and other parties involved assume no liability whatsoever.
Furthermore, in the event that such conduct results in an accident, injury, or similar incident involving a third party, the parties involved must resolve the matter among themselves.

With regard to disputes between customers, the management company, the operating contractor, the organizer, the venue, the performers, and other parties will not be involved in any way in negotiations or other efforts to resolve such issues.

You are responsible for keeping track of your own luggage.

Anyone who engages in behavior that disturbs other customers, either inside or outside the store, or who fails to follow staff instructions will be asked to leave immediately.

In such cases, we will not issue any refunds for admission fees or provide any other compensation.

If unauthorized entry is discovered, the individual will be handed over to the police regardless of the reason. We will also seek compensation for damages.
