We will guide you through recommended restaurant information from the 24 hour dedicated customer support service in English along with the reservation of VIP seats and nightlife information. In addition to direct phone calls, you can contact us through chat apps and familiar platforms. Plan fees and services included are as follows. In order to use this service, customers must bring their passports for ID check at the club.

<Dress code>
In order for all customers to use our facilities comfortably, we have set up a dress code and it is thoroughly observed.
Those with exposed jerseys, sweatshirts, tank tops, sandals, fashion tattoos and tattoos may be refused admission at our discretion.
In addition, please note that you may be refused admission if you do not match this atmosphere of this venue.

<Terms of use>
Admission under 20 years old is not allowed.
Since this is a venue of specific entertainment, all guests are required to present an ID with a photo of their face to check their ID.
The following identifications are applicable: passport / driver’s license / Basic Resident Registration Card / My Number Card / The Alien registration card / special permanent resident certificate or residence card.
“Image data”, “Copy”, and “Expired” identifications are not allowed.

Re-entry is not allowed.

Smoking is prohibited in the venue (cigarettes and cigars).
However, IQOS (heated tobacco) can be used. IQOS rental is also available, so please ask the staff when required.

<Information on ID-less and cashless service by vein authentication registration>
In our venue, we provide ID-less & cashless service by vein authentication registration. Customers who have registered for vein authentication will not need to have their IDs checked next time. In addition, you can make cashless payments for in-store food and drinks at special prices. We will periodically deliver deals and coupon information from our venue. Please feel free to ask our staff for registration.
